good morning everyone, and welcome to triangle kids corner, ready for sunday school, don't forget to like share and hit the, subscribe button down below good morning, friends, and let's dive right into our lesson so, for my two to five year olds, your story title is jesus visited mary, and martha and this is what your, activity sheet looks like, for my first to third graders and my, fourth to sixth graders, you guys have the same story title you, have mary, martha and lazarus that's what your, story title, is and this is your activity sheet for, my first or third graders, and my fourth to sixth graders this is, what your activity sheet looks like, alright friends like always grab your, stories grab your seat, and let's get ready for this, [Music], jesus and his disciples were traveling, they came to the town where two sisters, lived, the sisters were named mary and martha, the sisters were so happy to see jesus, martha invited jesus and his disciples, into her home, mary sat on the floor near jesus she, listened, carefully as jesus talked mary wanted to, hear, everything jesus said while mary was, listening, martha was busy working in the house to, get things ready for jesus, and his helpers martha walked over to, jesus, and said jesus i'm doing all the work by, myself, don't you think mary should be helping, me tell mary to help me, jesus said martha do not worry about, what needs to be done, mary is listening to me and that is very, important jesus loved his friends mary, and martha, they loved jesus too, [Music], mary martha and lazarus lazarus was a, friend of jesus, mary and martha his sisters sent jesus a, message that, said lord the one you love is sick, jesus did not go to lazarus right away, he said, this sickness will not end in death it, will be for the glory of god, jesus stayed where he was for two days, at the end of two days jesus said, let's go to judea the disciples worried, the jews tried to stone you you are, going there again, jesus told them lazarus is dead, i'm glad i wasn't there so that you may, believe, let us go to him by the time jesus, arrived, lazarus body had been in a tomb for four, days when martha heard that jesus was, approaching, she went out and met him but mary stayed, home, martha said to jesus lord if you had, been here, my brother would not have died jesus, answered your brother will rise again, i am the resurrection and the life, everyone who believes in me, will never die ever do you believe this, martha, martha replied i believe that you are, the christ, the son of god when mary saw jesus she, fell at his feet weeping and saying to, him, lord if you had been here my brother, would have not, died when jesus saw mary cry, he was moved in his spirit and also wept, the people could see how much jesus, loved this family, jesus went to the tomb where lazarus, body, had been buried jesus commanded, the stone in front of the tomb be taken, away, he lifted up his eyes and prayed father, thank you for hearing me may the people, believe you sent me, then jesus shouted lazarus come out, lazarus walked out of the tomb still, wrapped in his grave clothes, jesus said untie his grave clothes, and let him go, welcome back from story time welcome, back from story time and let's dive, right into our crafts, today is a little longer than usual, we're going to have multiple, things some crabs some activities or, coloring sheets, and then on kind of like a project, it's okay it's okay it's okay it's okay, all right so in your description box, because, we talked about mary and martha, lazarus jesus visiting mary and martha, i'm gonna put this coloring sheets hold, on the camerawoman is helping me out, i dropped something thank you campbell, woman, all right so uh what am i saying, so this is our mary and martha or jesus, visiting mary and martha and you know, the story, martha was listening to jesus and mary, was doing all the work, and mary was getting mad at martha and, uh yeah, jesus said it's better to just sit down, and listen, he's a wise man i'm sorry all right, now for my first and sixth graders this, is your story coloring sheet, about lazarus jesus's friend being, raised from the dead, and there was yeah you can see jesus, called him out he said, lazarus come out and he had to well they, had to unwrap him because he was, in i would say his grave for, four days so that's that, so you get those two coloring sheets the, reason why i'm, only doing coloring sheets for our, stories is because, this week is thanksgiving so we're gonna, have some thanksgiving crafts, all right so let's get right into that, i'm also, gonna put this in your description box, it's a lot guys bear with me, a feather template you're gonna need, that, and i'm gonna get a better looking one, but a turkey template, the body of the turkey and the feet and, then i'm gonna, add in the nose and the the little i, don't know what that's called if you do, know what that's called, the red thing that is hanging off of the, turkey's face, i don't know if it's called the gizzard, could be, my parents if you can google that and, look that one up, you're also going to need different, colors of construction paper, uh i would say be very colorful i'll, show you the colors that i have, first off my i have a white base so this, will be, my construction paper my base i'm gonna, glue, everything onto that i have pink orange, yellow or mustard yellow red, purple and blue some colors i had to, double because i didn't, i do green you can add a brighter yellow, while the color is missing i think, that's about it, let them choose the colors if they want, all of the same colors that's fine as, well, of course you're going to need scissors, and glue, if you want to use a glue stick even, better, and you're gonna need a marker, and now if i could find my marker, we can get started uh if you have, googly that you can use for the eyes of, your turkey i do not have any googly, eyes, so i will be drawing my eyes with a, black marker, all right so the first thing we are, going to do we are going to put on, our feathers and i'll show you in my, second angle, how that is going to work, as you can see before i even go into, that i cut everything out, this is the template i used it was one, big sheet i just layered my, construction paper i actually put them, all like three sheets together folded it, in half, i placed this feather on top and i just, followed along the outline of the, feather, and i got these feathers i got double so, the extras on my side so if you don't, want to do double, that's fine if you want to that's fine, as well same thing with the turkey body, and the feet i use oh i forgot to say, brown, this is the darkest brown that i have so, you're going to use whatever brand you, have and, your template put this on top of your, brown construction paper, and cut it up same thing with the feet, you could go with red feet i went with, orange or yellow, mustard i would say mustard feet, and this one, i traced i don't know if you could see, i chase him a free hand trace of this, one that makes sense, but i didn't use a template i will add, the template for these, if you want to do freehand that's, totally fine as well because it's really, really simple, this is i believe is called the gizzard, and this is, the beak for our turkey okay, so let's glue on our feathers we are, going to write words on our feathers if, you want to write the words, first you can do so, but basically on your feathers you're, gonna ask your children, what are they thankful for and you don't, have to write in, all the feathers you can write on every, other feather, and that is totally fine however many, things they come up with, you can write that down so let's glue on, our feathers, if you want you can test out, the position, of the feather so you know, your turkey is nice and centered and the, feathers are surrounding it in a nice, way, and if it's not because your child is, doing it totally fine as long as i get, all the feathers on the sheet, that's all that matters and as you can, see i'm only gluing, the bottom half because that's really, the part i want to stick i want it to, kind of, still hang off of the paper, so, [Music], [Music], [Applause], right now we are going to add our turkey, with the body of our turkey and i'm just, gonna do a nice glue outline, and a little bit in the middle, if he's not perfectly centered that is, okay, the glue is still wet so we can still, adjust, all right so you see how it's the leaves, are too far, i'm gonna bring them back in, [Music], [Music], okay that's a lot better, all right now we're gonna add our feet, and our feet, just to show them the second angle it's, gonna go, underneath right underneath our turkeys, the bottom half of our turkey body, and i'm not going to use a lot i'm only, going to put glue on the top half of the, feet, because only the top half will be, sticking down, or glued down the feet will hang off of, the page, all right so far we have our feet now, we're gonna add our, beak and our gizzard and if i'm calling, it the wrong thing, just let me know, i'm gonna put my beak down, not too much glue for the gizzard, i'm going to tuck this part slightly, underneath the beak, so it can hang, my black marker is leaking with the glue, nice, okay now i'm going to use my black, marker if you want to use a black crayon, that correct let me try the crayon, because i don't like how the marker is, bleeding, crayons crayons, okay we're gonna find black, these mr black here's mr black, and we're gonna draw our eyes a nice, oval shape, and i'm gonna shade in the bottom half, okay and there's our turkey, let's hold the turkey up, right there and see how the leaves pop, off, now for the next fun part we're gonna, write what we are thankful for, i think we're gonna for this this, thanksgiving, i'm thankful for, my, family of course, i'm gonna say um, i'm gonna say friends, i'm gonna leave this middle one for last, i'm gonna say my job working, being able to have a job especially, during the pandemic, things are not always easy for everyone, but i'm grateful that i have one, i'm thankful for that my job, and it's in the field that i actually, enjoy, uh let's see see i want to say money, guys i know we like money but money, isn't everything, but if you want to put money put money, okay okay, i'm not gonna put money but you can put, money because you can buy some candy, okay um let's focus let's put one more, oh let's say let's say, okay i'm gonna put a random kind of, kooky one, bear with me here the color blue, because blue is my favorite color and, i'm writing it on the blue feather, i am grateful for the color blue yes, blue anyway now i left the middle one, for a specific reason i know what i'm, gonna say, and i'm gonna say that i'm thankful for, i'm gonna write this, i'm gonna write this kind of straight, i'm gonna say, my relationship, i have to kind of attach that, with god, i'm mostly grateful, for my relationship with god, okay friends and this is our feather and, remember if you have googly eyes you can, add it, and this is our thanksgiving craft, okay so now this next craft is something, that we did, a few weeks ago but we never got to show, you guys, it's another craft that can you can guys, can do for thanksgiving or you can just, do it in general, but i think it's just a really fun and, important craft it requires uh it, requires, a canvas board uh paint, and um some tape so, the next clip you'll see is us making, this next craft, and that can also be your thanksgiving, craft and that could be something that, you can, hang and keep in memory of who, or what you are thankful for your family, all right friends, see you after the video all right and so, you can also get a canvas board from, target, for about two dollars you can get it, this size so if you don't get to do this, craft today because you want to actually, get, actually get the canvas board that is, totally fine, you can just use cardstock paper or, white, computer paper or let's say i would say, take your white computer paper do what, we're gonna do today after i show you, and then attach it or you can attach it, beforehand, attach it to another or a big piece of, construction paper because, computer paper is slightly smaller than, the construction paper, now this could go however you want it to, go, you're going to paint the entire canvas, or your entire paper, paint over the tape, [Music], do, [Music],
