in this video we're going to draw oogie, boogie from the nightmare before, christmas he's going to be a lot of fun, i hope you're going to follow along with, me you got a marker or something to draw, with and some paper now he's going to be, a lot of fun to draw because he's just, this big potato sack now we're going to, start by drawing his face in the middle, of our paper but towards the top and i'm, going to draw two angry eyes we're going, to start here and we're going to draw, two, diagonal lines that come down towards, the middle, now we're going to draw the bottom of, each eye so we'll start on the outside, come down, and then back in on the inside, and we'll do that same shape over here, all right it's already starting to look, like him huh we're going to draw his, mouth next and we can draw, wavy and we're also gonna draw him, smiling, okay now let's draw the bottom of his, mouth we'll start here we'll curve, around, and we'll make it wavy also, now you can also change any of the, details in this lesson you could draw, his mouth closed you could drop bigger, you could even draw little bugs inside, of his mouth now i'm going to keep this, lesson simple so we're just going to, color in his eyes and his mouth black, hole now remember you can pause the, video so that you can take that extra, time to color in his face okay now let's, draw the outside of his head we'll start, by drawing his cheeks we're going to, draw a little curve, on each side of his mouth, then we're going to draw his head and, it's a little pointy at the top so we're, going to draw a wavy line that comes up, curves one way and then it's going to, curve back down, almost looks like a question mark, then we're going to curve back the other, way, okay now we're going to finish this line, we're going to come back down and, connect over to his right cheek so we're, going to curve at the very end, then we're going to follow this around, and we can, make it kind of wavy also, and then down and connect, okay now let's draw his arms now on each, side they're going to come out to the, side, and then they're going to come back in, man we're drawing them really big aren't, we, okay let's draw his hand on this side, also, all right now let's draw his legs and, his body so come down here, down to the bottom and we can do the, same over here also, he's huge okay now we're gonna draw his, legs we're gonna come back around, up, down and then connect to the other side, all right now we got the general shape, of his body his arms and his legs now we, need to add the details he's got the, stitching that goes around his body, that's holding him together right and at, the very end he explodes and he's all, covered in bugs, now we're going to draw those little, stitches on the top of his arm so start, here and we're going to draw a wavy line, curves around this way and then it's, going to connect up to his head, now we can do that same thing over here, on the right side also start on his hand, curve down, and then connect up to his his head, now let's add some big stitches, going down the seam, so i'm going to add three on this side, and maybe two over here on this side, now let's add a stitch coming down the, side of his body, so i'm going to come out his armpit come, down his foot and then curve back in, and we can add stitches on that also, now you can also open up some of these, stitches you could draw some of the bugs, coming out maybe he has a hole right, here on the side of his body and some of, the bugs are leaking out okay, but we're going to keep going so i'm, going to draw another stitch over here, on this side, coming down the side of his body, and then i'm going to draw, so that's the seam and then i'm going to, draw the stitches coming down that seam, let's add one more seam up here on his, head i'm going to start on the side and, we're going to curve around, and then i'm going to come in and it's, going to end on the side of his head, and we can add two, stitches, up here on the top, okay i think we need to add one more, detail i'm gonna add a little string, that's coming down and it's gonna go, behind his arm, and it's gonna swing out to the side, and then at the very end i'm gonna put a, spider, so i'm gonna draw a circle, then i'm going to draw a little u at the, end for the, spider's head, and then we can draw four little legs, sticking out, on each side, so there's four and i'm going to draw, four on this side also, all right he looks awesome we did it we, finished drawing oogie boogie now we, still need to color him he's gonna look, so much better once we add color, [Music], now you can pause the video right now to, match the same color i use a light brown, to color him like he's a potato sack but, you could also color him neon green like, when the lights turn out you could also, draw two dice in his hands you could, also draw skeletons in the background to, finish your drawing i hope you had a lot, of fun
